3 Weeks

This past week brought with it many more new milestones:

Everyone has opened their eyes
Their ears are also starting to open
Teeth are breaking through
Legs are getting stronger
Wrestle Mania has begun
Puppies LOVED their first meal of gruel
They got to leave the puppy room and experience the living room
The scales have been tipped over 3 lbs

Just a midweek update on the Hangtime gang...they're still growing like crazy. Some of them are missing fewer meals than some of the others, as you can tell by the amount of weight they gain everyday! It's getting more difficult for Sin to stealthily hang out in the puppy room without somebody noticing her and screaming for a snack.

We're getting more bouts of wrestlemania now that every body has opened their eyes. Although they are still sleeping quite a bit...

2 Weeks

It has been a VERY busy week for Sin and her Seven. Sin continues to be an attentive mother, but like any new mother, she has become very bored with the day to day routine of caring for her puppies. She enjoys showing off her babies and she would love to get out of the house, but only for a couple of minutes before she wants to go home.

Grandma Zelma got a look at the puppies this week. She thinks that they are pretty special.

The puppies are working very hard on opening their eyes. As you can see in the pictures, they are all in different stages of opening their eyes.

This weeks agility lesson focused on the A frame.

The pups are all growing very nicely.

Red Ranger is close to tipping the scales at 3 lbs. He never misses a meal!

They continue to spend a lot of their time sleeping, eating and growing.

In between naps and snacks, they are practicing moving their legs and are wandering around the whelping pool. No one has yet to climb out yet, but it may be in the near future.

1 Week Old

All of the pups are doing very well. Everyone but Viper has tipped the scales over 1 pound. Viper is 14 ozs. They keep busy during the day eating, sleeping, pooping, and repeating. They have had visitors and enjoy meeting new friends.

Sin continues to be a wonderful Momma! She is getting a little bored and ready to get back her pre-pregnancy body and tear up the agility field. Until then, she will keep caring for her babies and teaching them all about agility equipment. This weeks lesson is the tire.
